Meagan Santiago, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Pronouns: She/her/hers
Languages in which I conduct therapy: English
My approach to therapy: I am a white, cisgender woman who grew up in the Tampa Bay area. I am passionate about meeting students where they are at, providing nonjudgemental and compassionate support, and seeking to highlight and amplify individual strengths. I love to help individuals find clarity and wholeness in challenging seasons of life, and excel at holding space for processing hardship. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and have a passion for supporting clients as they recover from experiences of trauma.
My approach to supervision: I am skills-driven in supervision, seeking to impart practical and useful tools to new professionals that will be valuable to them in their clincial practice. I invite supervisees to bring their whole self to the work, and seek to partner with them in identifying their giftings.
Fun Fact: I love to hang out with my miniature dachshund, Frankie, who enjoys long walks, barking at dogs 3x his size, and burrowing underneath fluffy blankets.
