Online Mental Health Tools
Are you interested in accessing mental health information and resources at your own pace? TAO is confidential, convenient, and controlled by you. You can explore a variety of emotional well-being topics at your own pace. Togetherall is an online peer-to-peer platform, offering a safe space to connect with others experiencing similar feelings. Mental Health Education
Want to learn more about mental health and find helpful resources? Not fully aware of the signs and symptoms? USF has blogs, websites, and fliers covering topics like stress, depression, and anxiety along with an abundance of resources to help you, and people you might know, get educated on mental health.
Let's Talk
Let's Talk is a drop-in service that offers informal, confidential consultation with a 91社区 Counseling Center counselor. How is Let's Talk different from counseling? It is a brief consultation (approximately 15 minutes). There is no paperwork to complete. It takes place outside of the University Counseling Center. No appointment is necessary. It is free.
Online Counseling
Interested in seeing a counselor, but can't make it to campus regularly? If you live in 91社区, and you are able to use your computer from home, you may be a good fit for online Counseling. Meet with a counselor at USF in person, and find out if this would be a good fit for you.
Workshop Series
Do you have difficulty managing the stress, anxiety, depression, or interpersonal relationships in your life? This dynamic rotating 3-week seminar is a crash course in teaching reliance skills to make the most out of your time at USF and in counseling.
Drop In Groups
Are you curious about group-style support? USF offers groups that specialize in topics, including groups on Mindfulness Meditation, Emotional Expression through Art, and Soothing the Self. These groups are ideal for students who want to drop-in when they have time!
