Glean Audio Notetaker
The Glean Audio Notetaker Program allows you to record class lectures and discussions
in person and remotely from your mobile phone, computer, and tablet. This program
will enable you to combine transcripts, slides, and more in one easy-to-use workspace.
Refine your notes by returning to class lectures at your own pace, adding detailed
notes, finding definitions, and more.
USF Glean Audio Notetaker Program
Student Accessibility Services has a limited number of Glean Notetaker Program licenses.
Glean loan licenses are provided for one semester and check-out priority is given
to students with accommodations for a notetaker and permission to record class lectures.
To request access to the audio notetaker program, please fill out a Glean Request
Form and email it to your SAS coordinator for consideration.

Glean Notes for iOS and Android Mobile APP
Glean Notes is a free app for your smartphone or tablet that allows you to record
with your mobile device and save recordings to the Glean cloud that will sync to your
computer.
鈥� Search for "Glean Notes" on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
鈥� Install the app on the phone or tablet that you will use to take recordings.
鈥� The first time you run the app you will be asked to log in.
