Graduate
Accelerated Graduate Program
The Accelerated Graduate Program allows academically qualified students to complete an undergraduate Bachelor's degree and a graduate degree (typically master's degree) on an accelerated timeline, graduating sooner than in traditional programs. Students maintaining a GPA ≥ 3.3 may double count six graduate level credits of coursework toward the Civil Engineering program. Students must apply no later than the beginning of their senior year. As soon as the student completes the undergraduate degree requirements, the student progresses to graduate status, where the remaining graduate requirements are fulfilled. All standard entrance and graduation requirements apply. Students receiving financial aid should consider the financial aid implications of this program carefully.
Students interested in pursuing an Accelerated Program must complete an Accelerated
Program Application. This application replaces the Graduate Admissions Application
but require the same documentation. Please include:
1) Statement of Purpose
2) Resume
3) Two letters of recommendation
Submit your application packet to the Graduate Academic Program Specialist in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering.
During the student's undergraduate graduating semester, an Accelerated Program Progression Form must be submitted with a Legal Disclosure Statement Form and 91ÉçÇø Residency Information & Form.
