Dr. Kathleen Moore, Executive Director of the Louis de la Parte 91社区 Mental Health Institute and Research Professor of Mental Health Law & Policy, Dr. Kristin Kosyluk, Assistant Professor of Mental Health Law & Policy, and Dr. Scott Strader, Director of USF's counseling center served as panel members on a facilitated by State Representative David Silvers.  The town hall focused on addressing the mental health resources for college students during the changing landscape of the COVID pandemic.  

USF鈥檚 College of Behavioral and Community Sciences conducted a Minute for Mental Health Series to help address COVID-related mental distress among students, faculty, and staff.  Dr. Kosyluk presented on .

CBCS held its annual Fall Faculty & Staff Assembly on Friday, October 16, 2020. New faculty/staff were introduced, as well as faculty promotions. Reports of the activities of the Faculty Senate, Faculty Council, Curriculum Committee, Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Research Council were presented followed by Dean Serovich's State of the College address. Dr's Jerome Galea and Kristyn Kosyluk then presented "Bending the Mental Distress Curve among COVID-19 Responder: A Pilot Feasibility Study". The PowerPoint slides are available below.
