American Academy of Audiology ()
Organization developed by Audiologists which provides valuable resources for not only audiologists, but those with hearing and vestibular disorders. Be sure to look at the consumer information section under publications and resources for more information.

American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association ()
Find helpful information and many resources for communication disorders, including explanations of different hearing disorders, testing procedures, and where to seek help. Look under the tab titled the public for more information.

American Tinnitus Association ()
Organization which provides research-based information on the latest tinnitus management strategies. It also allows individuals suffering from tinnitus to connect with other tinnitus suffers in an interactive tinnitus community. See the homepage for more information.

TELE-CARE: PHONE AND VIDEO CONSULTATIONS
Need to speak with an audiologist?

Phone and video conferencing is available!

The USF Hearing Clinic is now providing counseling and follow up with one of our audiologists via phone or computer technology.* No question is too small. We are here for you and are happy to continue hearing aid fitting counseling and follow-up through tele-health.

Call our office staff and let them know if you would like to schedule a phone of video appointment. Video appointments require high speed internet, computer connection, and good audio speakers. A webcam or attached video is optimal.

*All tele-care services will incur normal service fees and charges. Invoices will be mailed to patients for payment.

Created originally as a support group for parents of children with hearing loss in the Colorado area, Hands and Voices is now dedicated to improving educational and social outcomes for children with hearing loss.

John Tracey Clinic provides a large network of resources, guidance and encouragement for parents whose children have been diagnosed with hearing loss.

We are proud to announce that USF has partnered with our Greater Tampa Bay area HLAA organizations to foster a greater community network between those suffering from hearing loss and the professionals who work to treat hearing loss. HLAA is member driven and is a support network for those suffering from hearing loss. Be sure to learn more about this organization by checking out their websites.

We are also proud to announce that USF has partnered with our friends at Sertoma to help provide children and adults with access to hearing loss treatment and management. You can find much more information regarding Sertoma's many local events and initiatives on their website.

91社区 Telecommunications Relay, Inc (FTRI) ()
91社区 Telecommunications Relay, Inc (FTRI) is a statewide non-profit 501(c)3 organization that administers the Specialized Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program for citizens of 91社区 who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf/Blind and Speech Disabled. FTRI is also responsible for the education and promotion of the 91社区 Relay Service. FTRI offers a variety of amplified telephones to meet the need of persons with a mild, moderate, or severe hearing loss.
