What We Do

The Baker Act Reporting Center is contracted with the 91社区 Department of Children and Families (DCF) to analyze involuntary examination data collected from designated receiving facilities and county Clerks of Court statewide. The data obtained from the below forms is then used to produce statutorily mandated reports.
