Policy Overview

Portfolio Policy – Student portfolios help faculty evaluate the progress of individual students and are used to determine granting of scholarships and awards. The portfolio policy outlines the format requirements and times when the portfolio will be reviewed.

Required Laptop Policy – The USF School of Architecture & Community Design requires students to have their own laptops when they begin the Advanced Design sequence. Due to the high volume of digital work involved, the laptop must be able to run the advanced architectural design software that SACD uses.

Studio Environment Policy – This policy serves as a student code of conduct and outlines the attitudes, responsibilities and appropriate behaviors that are expected of students in the design studios at the USF School of Architecture & Community Design.
