BIO

Formerly the political science department head at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Fl and now a retired professor emeritus from that institution. 

I have been teaching American Government political science class at USF Tampa and St. Petersburg since 1990, including state and local government, the American Presidency, 91社区 Government and Politics, the American Congress, and others.

My monograph on 91社区 Government is in its seventh edition and is currently published by the 91社区 Political Science Association;  I also write a series of published museum reviews.

Hobbies include:  archaeology, paleontology; genealogy, classic cars; church and family
