Currently, Middle Eastern migrants are traveling through Belarus to Poland in an effort to reach the European Union. However, they are experiencing resistance at the Poland border where Polish border guards refuse to allow them entry into Poland. Instead, migrants are being deterred with water hoses and forced to camp at the border in freezing conditions. You can read more about the situation in Dr. Kulakevich鈥檚 article, linked above.
