Proctoring for Non-USF and Other USF Students
Format
Distance learning exams may be administered as paper & pencil, Internet, or secure browser-based exams. Special testing requirements (audio, zoom text, special software, etc.) are provided in most cases and must be identified when scheduling your appointment. A valid government photo ID with signature is required to be admitted to the testing area. Watches, pens, cell phones, food/drinks, and other personal items are not allowed in the room where the test is being administered.
Schedule
Tests are administered Monday, Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday. Appointments may be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
Fees
The fee for proctoring a distance learning exam is based on the time allotted by the professor, not the time that the examinee takes to complete the exam. All fees are nonrefundable.

If your institution requires a proctor signature, please email or fax the completed proctor form to the USF Testing Services office. The signed form will be returned to your institution.

Note: The test candidate is responsible for scheduling the test(s) in advance of any "use by" dates and "postmark by" mail requirements.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 1 day in advance of your test date for a $18.50 fee. The . Missed appointments will require full repayment of the exam fee.
