Since its launch in January 2025, the USF Future of Food Think Tank has engaged with 131 stakeholders across USF faculty and staff along with community partners in local government agencies, healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, community service groups, food distribution networks, sustainable agriculture initiatives, urban farming consultants, community gardens, public health organizations, corporate partners, faith-based organizations, and other institutions of higher education.
