This 8-week leadership program for new leaders focuses on the practical aspects of leadership by emphasizing real-world implementations of proven strategies and research-based perspectives to foster effective leadership within an organizational setting. Recommended Audience: New & aspiring leaders Cost: There is a $150 program fee payable by the participant's college/department via chartfield.
