CSD students present at USF Artificial Intelligence + X Symposium

Gerald Imaezue and members of his lab, Gianna Mineo, Clarissa Salas and Harikrishna Marampelly present at the symposium.

Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) students presented at the on Oct. 25. Mentored by Assistant Professor Gerald Imaezue, PhD, the students shared their research in a panel discussion and as a poster.

CSD students Jael Azemard, Gianna Mineo, and Clarissa Salas  participated in the panel discussion, presenting their paper, "Re-Agent: A feasibility study on the performance of Response Elaboration AI agents across semantic parameters."

Harikrishna Marampelly, a student in computer science and engineering, joined the others for their poster presentation, "Multilingual AI鈥揂gent for Language Therapy (MALT) in diverse languages: A feasibility study with English, Hindi and Spanish speakers."
