Aging studies professor speaks at conference in Sweden

Brent Small, PhD speaks at Karolinska Institutet

Brent Small, PhD is a professor in the School of Aging Studies. 

Brent Small, PhD, a professor in the School of Aging Studies, gave an invited talk at The Aging Brain: Memory, Plasticity and Dopamine, a conference hosted by the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden on Aug. 26. This conference was held in honor of Professor Lars B盲ckman, one of Sweden鈥檚 most-cited psychologists and Small鈥檚 former post-doctoral advisor. Small's presentation 鈥淢inne och Mig: Reflections on Episodic Memory and Lars B盲ckman鈥 reviewed research on early changes in memory performance associated with Alzheimer鈥檚 disease 鈥 work that he had conducted with Professor B盲ckman.
