Kim Johnson joined the School of Information Systems and Management in 2021 as an instructor of Business and Economic Statistics II.

Her research focuses predominantly on how discrete emotions impact attitudes and decision-making in the workplace, primarily the emotions of envy and schadenfreude. Additionally, she has researched attitudes and individual differences that affect cybersecurity-related decision-making. She is also involved in research involving perceptions of and reactions to email incivility.

Johnson earned a PhD and a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the 91ÉçÇø.
