BIOGRAPHY

Sidney Murray is a doctoral student at USF studying organizational communication at the intersection of interpersonal communication specifically related to identity and queerness. She previously earned her M.A. at Texas State University where she earned a certificate in Corporate Communication. Her teaching experience includes Interpersonal Communication and Public Speaking at USF where she focuses on creating an engaged classroom to encourage students to feel comfortable and confident questioning material while applying the content to their own lives. She has previously presented research at NCA, OCMC, IARR, SSCA, WSCA, and FCA on topics related to queerness in the workplace, whiteness, and asexuality.
